He holds a Higher Certificate in Fisheries Management from Sligo IT, where he continues to return as a guest lecturer on game angling.
A highly decorated competition angler, Frank has represented Ireland on the ITFFA Team on numerous occasions, captaining the side along the way. Together with his brother Robert, he provides expert coaching and tuition in casting, entomology, watercraft and fly dressing, and operates a professional guiding service across the Western Lakes.
